Terms and Conditions when requesting Background Checks

When buying the Basic Background check, if there is a National Criminal Record hit, the contracted Consumer Report Agency will go investigate at the county court and a $15 charge will be added to your credit card.  This charge will include as many counties as necessary at no extra charge.

Background checks on any US Territory will include a Statewide Criminal Search for the same pricing.

Federal Criminal Search is recommended, and it is not included in any of the Background Checks.  You have the option to include it in your request for $15.00 at the moment of buying your Background check package. This item cannot be sold separately if no background check has been requested.
