We employ different safety levels and security methods to provide all our Subscribers and Users a safe experience while utilizing our platform to minimize any inconvenient or sour moment.  Taking very seriously the safety and the peace of mind of all our subscribers and members, we employ seven levels of security:

 

Security Levels

 

The First Security Level – All profiles and bios on our platform are meticulously monitored by real people before they are accessible to our members.  All job posting and site activity is closely tracked by our dedicated team

 

The Second Security Level – All our visitors, members and subscribers using forums, and using our Get – to – Know Option should keep their communication straight forward, simple and professional; information such as addresses, last names or phone numbers should be kept confidential until there has been a job arrangement.  We monitor all activity on our web pages, thus any exchange of personal communication might be detected and forbidden.

 

The third Security Level –  All our visitors, members and subscribers are encourage to keep their personal information off their Profile and Bio;  the information required to open accounts is kept confidential and used for business purposes and not for commercial purposes. We do not provide personal information other than the one derived from any authorized investigation or screening process.

 

The Fourth Security Level – We screen all nannies and caregivers.  On their profile you will be able to see a list of all the documents that they have uploaded and that has been verified.  You will also see a special badge icon on their profile to let you know she or he has gone through our basic screening process to validate information.  This information has been validated  through third party consumer report agencies or through public records database.

Although we perform our own Basic Screening Process, we strongly recommend you request a Complete Background Check for an additional fee that includes more records to optimize a safe experience and minimize identity fraud.

As a responsible employer or contractor, you should perform your own verification reports and checks on anybody providing services to you or your family.  The goal is to minimize the possibility of experiencing a fraud.

 

The fifth Security Level -  All cyber activity through our platform and any of our sites and pages is closely monitor for improper behavior and conduct which includes foul language, inappropriate solicitations of any kind, improper photos, and intimidation of any kind.

All our members should report any inappropriate behavior as describe in our Terms of Use.  Any report made by any of our members and users is evaluated and any offender will be banned from our valued community.

 

The sixth Security Level – Any individual who has not follow our code of behavior and conduct, or that has failed the Fifth Security Level  or has endangered any of our members, visitor and users , will be expelled from our platform without possibility of interacting with our community.

 

The seventh Security Level – Our website is closely monitored using safety protocols and antiviruses to minimize malware or spam messages.
